Change plan, payment details or cancel

Go to Billing. There you see your plan, credit usage and invoices.

• Change plan: pick a new plan. Upgrades apply right away. When you downgrade to a plan with fewer stores, you choose which stores stay active; the others are archived (read-only) and can be reactivated after an upgrade.
• Update payment details: opens the secure Stripe page to change your card.
• Cancel: also through Stripe. Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you paid for.

Only the account owner can see and change billing.
