How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days and 150 credits to try everything. We ask for a card at signup so your plan continues without a break; cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
What are credits?
Every AI action uses a few credits: a support reply is 1, a product listing 5, a generated photo 4. Your plan comes with a monthly allowance that resets every billing period.
Do I need Shopify?
Most modules work with Shopify: listings go there as drafts and support replies use your order data. Quality Checks also works without it.
Can I manage more than one store?
Yes. Pro covers 3 stores and Scale 10. Each store has its own brand voice, connections and settings; your credits are shared.
Will Mungo send emails without me checking?
Only if you want it to. Per topic you choose: send automatically, save as a draft for you to check, or hand it to a human.
Which languages does Mungo support?
The app is available in English and Dutch. Listings and customer replies can be written in your store's language.
Is my data safe?
Your data is stored in the EU, every store is strictly separated, and connection keys are encrypted. We never sell your data.
Can I cancel or switch plans anytime?
Yes, from the billing page. Upgrades apply right away; when you cancel, your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for.
Are prices including VAT?
Prices are excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout based on your country; EU businesses with a valid VAT number get reverse charge.
