Data security and privacy

Your store, customers and numbers are private. This is how Mungo protects them:

• Private to your team: every organization and store is strictly separated in the database (row-level security). Only the people you invite can see your data, with the role you give them.
• Stored in the EU: your data and uploaded files are stored on servers in the European Union. Every connection to Mungo is encrypted (HTTPS).
• Keys and logins encrypted: API keys, tokens and webhook links of your connections (Shopify, mailbox, ad platforms, photo AI) are stored encrypted with AES-256. Ad platforms are connected with read-only access; Mungo can never change your ads.
• Never sold, never used to train AI: we don't sell or share your data for advertising. Your data isn't used to train AI models, not by us and not by our AI provider.
• Secure payments: payments go through Stripe; Mungo never sees or stores card details.
• Files stay private: supplier photos and videos, invoices and attachments are stored in private storage and only shown to your team through short-lived links.
• Export or delete anytime: under Settings → Your data you can download everything as a file, or delete your organization and all its data for good.
