How module setup works

Every module has a Setup tab with a checklist. Each step is _required_ or _optional_. A module becomes active as soon as all required steps are done; you never have to switch it on separately.

Setup is per store: each store has its own checklist for every module. Shared steps such as "Shopify connected" count for every module of that store.

Steps that need an outside connection (for example Shopify or Gmail) become available in the release of that module. Members can view the setup but only owners and admins can change it.
