Support Automation

Connect Gmail or Outlook and Shopify. Mungo reads each customer email, recognises the topic, looks up the order and writes a reply in your tone, with your opening, closing and signature.

Per topic you choose what happens: auto-send, save as labeled draft or escalate to a human. Topics include: where is my order, return request, refund, damaged item, product question, cancellation, address change, discount code not working, invoice request, spam/partnership and other.

Setup: email and Shopify connected, your policies (shipping, delivery times, returns, refunds, warranty, FAQ), bot tone, opening and closing, signature, and the rule per topic. Each reply costs 1 credit.
